The Happy You

We all have the potential to live a joyful and fulfilling life. Like every flower has a blossom, there is a 'happy you' deep within, ready to burst out.

My mentoring sessions help you remember this part of you and bring more of it into your every day life.

We start with where you are right now and what you want to change. We look at challenges you are facing and building on things that are working well in your life.

As we talk through your situation I will help you notice patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that might be limiting your happiness.

They are often things that have been useful to you in some way and are ready to be released. As they fade, we can create new thoughts, feelings and behaviours to bring more happiness.

I draw on my background in psychology and personal development, but with a twist - I don't think you are broken and I don't think you need fixing.

I have come to see emotional distress and crisis as catalysts for personal and spiritual growth.

It is often the most difficult and challenging times in our life that allow us to connect with who we truly are and create the life we want.

I know what it's like to want less struggle and more satisfaction in life is like, so I gently nourish that desire in you.

I can also share the tools I have come across around addiction, anxiety, anger, bipolar, depression, mania, panic attacks, paranoia, psychosis, suicide, sleep problems, stress and smoking.
